GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY COMPLIANCE

Wabis may access Google user data, including Google Sheets data, only when explicitly authorized by the user for automation, integration, and workflow functionality within the Wabis platform.

  • Wabis only accesses spreadsheets or files specifically connected or selected by the user.

  • We do not access unrelated Google Drive files or user content.

  • Google user data is used solely to provide requested platform functionality and integrations.

  • We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.

DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

These measures include:

  • HTTPS/TLS encrypted data transmission

  • Secure cloud infrastructure

All communication with Google APIs is encrypted and securely transmitted.

Upon verified request, we will delete applicable user data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required.

AI/ML DISCLOSURE

Wabis does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Wabis complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Wabis may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to:

  • Google APIs

  • WhatsApp Business Platform

  • Meta Cloud API

  • Payment gateways

  • Analytics services

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

WHATSAPP CLOUD API

Wabis may use Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure for messaging services.

Users acknowledge that WhatsApp-related data may be processed and stored by Meta infrastructure and related cloud systems in accordance with Meta’s policies.

LOCATION SERVICES

Certain features may use location-related information to improve functionality and service performance.

Location information may be collected only with user permission where required.

ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

Certain data may be retained where legally required or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
